Catholic Central Band Sponsorships

This year, the Catholic Central Band has two areas where we could use your help.  

Option 1: St. Louis Trip.  Fundraising Goal: $5,000

This March, the Catholic Central Band will be traveling to St. Louis, Missouri for four days filled with both music and fun.  Students will hone their skills through a music clinic with a local college or university professor, attend a performance of the St. Louis Symphony, and take in the sights and sounds of the city.  

Funds raised will provide scholarships to students who would like to attend, but are otherwise unable to afford the full cost of the trip.

Option 2: AV Band Room Upgrades.  Fundraising Goal: $9,000

Currently, the band room is in need of audiovisual upgrades that will replace a twenty-year old system.  Upgrades include a new projector and screen, audio recorder and receiver, all with wireless and bluetooth capability.  This will greatly increase the capability in the classroom to share audio from multiple devices, view slides and videos without sight-line hindrances and aid the learning process with instant recording and playback. 

Donors to one or both of these projects will be recognized as Band Sponsors this year.  Sponsorship levels and benefits are listed below.

Sponsorship Levels

Gold Baton Circle - $1000+

  • 1/2 page ad in Spring Concert and Bandtastic programs
  • Listing in Friends of The Cougar Band section in Christmas Concert program
  • Cougar Band Facebook page recognition by sponsorship level

Conductors Society $250 - $999

  • 1/4 page ad in Spring Concert and Bandtastic programs
  • Listing in Friends of The Cougar Band section in Christmas Concert program
  • Cougar Band Facebook page recognition by sponsorship level

Crescendo Club - $1 - $249

  • Listing in Friends of The Cougar Band section in Christmas Concert program
  • Cougar Band Facebook page recognition by sponsorship level
